IF A MEMBER WISHES TO ADDRESS ANY ITEM ON THE AGENDA, THE MEMBER MUST SIGN UP TO SPEAK ON AGENDA ITEM. THE MEMBER SHALL BE ALLOWED 3 MINUTES TO SPEAK. IF A MEMBER WISHES TO ADD AN ITEM TO THE AGENDA, THE MEMBER CAN MAKE A WRITTEN REQUEST TO THE ASSOCIATION SECRETARY OR ASSOCIATION MANAGER, PRIOR TO THE AGENDA BEING POSTED.
